About Us

H2H Repair is the maintenance arm of House to Home Lettings, providing fast, reliable property repair and management services for landlords and tenants across the South West. We’re building a digital client portal to make it easier for our clients to raise, track, and manage repair jobs — all in one place.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled developer to build a secure, user-friendly client portal based on our working prototype and design. You’ll collaborate directly with our management team to bring the system to life and ensure it runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Develop the H2H Repair Client Portal, including:

Secure client login and authentication

Job request form and job progress tracking

Messaging between clients and engineers

Quote and invoice management (view, approve, download)

Admin view for job assignment and updates

Create a clean, responsive user interface that works across desktop and mobile

Ensure the system is stable, secure, and easy to maintain

Provide basic documentation and deployment support

Skills & Experience

Strong background in web application development (frontend and/or backend)

Experience with modern frameworks

Understanding of user workflows for service or maintenance businesses

Good communication and time management skills

Experience integrating with simple databases or APIs
