About the Role

I'm a 21-year veteran real estate agent in Charlottesville, VA, closing 25-35 homes a year. I have great content material (stories, market insight, client ---------- nts) but zero time and zero interest in producing social media myself. I'm looking for a VA to take raw material — a monthly voice/video interview plus a batch of photos/clips — and turn it into a steady stream of polished, on-brand content across platforms.

This is an ongoing, recurring role for someone who's organized, has a good eye for design, and can work independently once trained.

What You'll Do

- Receive a monthly recorded interview (30-45 min) and pull 4-6 content ideas/themes from it
- Create content for: Instagram (carousels + Reels), Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok (hooks), and a short email newsletter blurb
- Edit short-form video using CapCut and design graphics in Canva, following provided brand templates
- Schedule posts via Meta Business Suite (or Later/Buffer)
- Light community management: draft replies to comments/DMs for approval (or full autonomy after onboarding)
- Maintain a simple monthly content calendar for review

What You'll Get

- Brand guide (colors: deep navy, magenta/hot pink, steel blue; Canva templates included)
- Monthly raw material: interview recording/transcript + 10-15 photos/video clips from periodic photo shoots
- Clear monthly workflow doc and example posts to match tone (warm, relatable, never corporate)

Requirements

- Experience with Canva and CapCut (or equivalent tools)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok content formats — especially no-talking/voiceover-free video styles
- Good written communication (English) — able to write in a warm, conversational voice
- Self-starter who can work from raw material with minimal hand-holding after onboarding
- Real estate or local-market content experience a plus, but not required

Details

- Part-time, ongoing/recurring (~5-8 hrs/month to start, may grow)
- Fully remote
- Pay: $200 a month, flat rate
- Start date: ASAP
