**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

Our next Video Editor will join a talented team of 13 other Filipino video editors to deliver high-quality social media content for our clients. You’ll be responsible for bringing concepts to life, ensuring that each video meets our production standards and reflects our company’s values. You’ll report to a Filipino manager while serving US-based clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

1. Edit 5-10 short (30-60) videos per week, ensuring smooth transitions, high-quality sound, visual consistency, and satisfied clients.

2. Collaborate with our Quality Assurance Manager to ensure all client expectations are met and exceeded.

3. Manage time-sensitive deadlines, source assets, and solve problems related to the video editing process.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:**

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 2 years of experience in the following:

1. Video editing for social media or digital platforms.

2. Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**This is not an entry-level position.**

**WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS:**

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 1 pm to 9 pm PST. You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after a 6-month period. We honor most Filipino holidays except All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day.

We are much more concerned with your outputs (productivity) than your inputs (hours worked). What’s important is that work is done on time and well. Over time you will be held to less of a rigid work schedule and measured based on your productivity.

**SALARY:**

$1200/month

Incentives are available based on performance.

We expect you to be able to make $335 a week editing 6 videos that are completed before the deadline and in fewer than 3 revisions… **We do not put a cap on how much money you can earn per week.**

**TRAINING:**

If hired, you will receive training in advanced editing techniques, project management, and professional skills. We hold our tea ---------- mbers to a high standard and value professional development.

We will also provide training in the latest software and tools: Slack, Notion, ---------- , and more.
