We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to help grow LA Studio’s online presence and strengthen our brand identity across all platforms.
About LA STUDIO
LA STUDIO is a photography and videography business based in Australia, specialising in weddings, engagements, events, and corporate content creation. As a growing studio, we are focused on improving brand awareness, consistency in content posting, and maintaining a strong, professional visual identity that reflects the quality of our work.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule consistent content across Instagram,
- Edit high-quality photo and video content for social media use
- Develop creative concepts aligned with wedding, event, and corporate media
- Maintain a cohesive and professional visual style across all platforms
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
- Assist with basic graphic design for posts, stories, and marketing materials
- Support growth strategies including engagement, outreach, and lead generation
- Repurpose wedding/event footage into engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional video editing software
OR advanced expertise in CapCut (non-template-based editing required)
- Solid understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, and audio sync
-Basic to strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
-Experience managing social media accounts professionally (not personal pages only)
-Ability to schedule posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar
-Strong understanding of content strategy and social media growth
-Experience or strong understanding of photography/videography businesses, weddings, events, or creative media industries
Preferred Experience
-Previous work with wedding photographers, videographers, or event businesses
-Understanding of client journey in creative service businesses (inquiries ? bookings)
-Experience creating content that generates leads, not just engagement
-Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads / Instagram Ads) is a bonus
-Ability to work independently and manage deadlines without supervision
