About the Role:
We support a high-profile author, speaker, and podcast host. We need a sharp video editor to turn podcast episodes and long-form video into scroll-stopping clips for social media. This is a visible, brand-critical role — your work represents a celebrity brand directly, so polish and consistency are everything.

What You'll Do:

Cut podcast episodes and long-form video into short clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta
Add captions, hooks, branding, and clean transitions
Format and size content correctly per platform
Schedule/publish to social channels (templates and brand direction provided)
Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the brand
Requirements:

Strong portfolio of short-form social video (TikTok/Reels style) — required
Fluent in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent
Sharp eye for hooks, pacing, and what performs on social
Reliable, consistent output and ability to hit a regular publishing schedule
Good written English and responsive communication
Nice to Have:

Experience editing for personal/celebrity or creator brands
Basic motion graphics / animated captions
