JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media VA to support the visual and content design for multiple clients.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, brand cohesion, and content presentation who can help us maintain a polished, consistent presence across platforms.

Looking for someone who can get started in March.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design monthly social media graphics using provided brand boards and templates
- Compile and present monthly analytics adata for performance reporting
- Write and design monthly newsletters consistent with our established tone and voice
- Create event banners and promotional graphics for Facebook and other platforms
- Design ad hoc marketing materials, including workbooks, slide decks, and flyers

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva, including:
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing, and alignment
- Consistent use of brand guidelines (colors, fonts, typography)

- Strong eye for layout balance and font sizing
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of social media strategy and techniques to grow engagement and followers
- Familiarity with Notion and ClickUp for task management
- Bonus: ability to design website or funnel mockups

Future Opportunities:
For the right person, there’s potential to train and grow into a landing page and funnel design assistant role.

Compensation:
40hrs per month. $4/hr
With potential to grow with more hours if the right fit.
