Small Print & Real Estate Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Small Print & Real Estate Designer, you will be creating brochures, fliers, and real estate signages for clients. Your main task will be creating and editing templates using Adobe Illustrator. Your role will be crucial in the Art Department and contribute to the overall success of the company.

ABOUT YOU
As a Small Print & Real Estate Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the artworks presented to the client are in line with their specifications in the job order, and to ensure their readability and overall presentability. Your ability to organize brochure and signage layouts according to client specifications will play a vital role in processing the daily job orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Create artworks for the client that is in line with the client’s specifications.
? Maintain signage and brochure templates according to each client’s specifications
? Work closely with the Director to ensure tasks and appointments are managed

QUALIFICATIONS
? Minimum 2 years of experience working with print media.
? Previous experience in magazine and poster layouts using Adobe Illustrator.
? Demonstrates an ability to manage and process high volumes of job orders
efficiently, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
? Experience in providing administrative support across departments and
collaborating with others to resolve process issues.
? Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work
independently, prioritise tasks, and escalate issues to ensure monthly
deadlines are met.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with
internal staff and external vendors.
? Abilities to identify opportunities for process
improvements and implement solutions.
