SketchUp Modeling Designer

I need a designer who is well versed in SketchUp 2018 (free or Pro). Need someone who can geomodel, that is, visit an address in Google Earth, and from aerial satellite imagery, and Street View (Google), is able to roughly model the existing building (usually commercial properties, schools, etc). I only need exterior details of building (no interior details or floor plans). Details will also include nearby buildings, parking lot, curbs, trees, light poles. I've developed a Library of typical parts which I can share. The core skill is to be able to "duplicate" the existing building exterior to a certain degree of detail (which we can discuss later once applicant is selected).

Your output will be a SKP file which you will share back to me via Dropbox. At this moment, no renderings required, only 3D modeling of the facilities.

SketchUp Layout experience is not required.
GeoModeling experience is required.
Ability to work on SketchUp terrain is useful but not required.
I will assist in providing or sharing "plugins" which will increase work efficiency.
I will provide components (cars, trees, poles, etc) that are repetitively used for most ---------- erested in freelance or part time, 20 hrs per week, but can become full time as we develop our workflow/process back and forth.

Once candidate is selected, I can share existing "models" so designer can determine the degree of detail that I expect.

Most projects are a "full day" level of effort, so each day is typically working on a new location.
