Looking for an experienced VA who used SimPro.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update jobs within SimPRO
Schedule technicians and coordinate service appointments
Create and update quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and work orders
Maintain accurate job records, notes, and customer information
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and field technicians
Monitor job progress and ensure workflows are updated correctly
Assist with reporting, data entry, and operational administration
Requirements

Hands-on experience using SimPRO
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Nice to Have
Experience with Xero
Experience with ServiceM8, AroFlo, Fergus, or Tradify
Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, solar, construction, or maintenance industries
Experience with quoting, invoicing, dispatching, or scheduling technicians
