VSL & UGC Video Editor (Remote)

I'm looking for a skilled VSL & UGC Video Editor who knows how to create engaging, high-converting ads that keep viewers watching.

What You'll Do
Edit VSLs (Video Sales Letters) and UGC-style advertisements
Source and incorporate relevant B-roll
Add engaging text animations, captions, and motion graphics
Create strong hooks, pattern interrupts, and fast-paced edits that maximize retention
Follow creative briefs and deliver projects on time
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
Proven experience editing VSLs and UGC ads
Strong storytelling and pacing skills
Excellent understanding of viewer retention and ad performance
Ability to source high-quality stock footage and visual assets
Detail-oriented, coachable, and open to feedback
Paid training will be provided to learn my editing style and workflow
Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines
