We are a Short Term Rental & Airbnb Management company that has over 50+ properties across Ireland & UK.
We are currently looking for a highly experienced Short-Term Rental VA that can help manage the day to day operations within the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the operation of short term rental properties, managing the guest experience, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in short-term rental management, be a highly experienced problem solver, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting in day to day management of bookings via Guesty (VA should be highly experienced with this PMS)
* Assisting in scheduling maintenance, cleaning & laundry
* Pro-actively managing issues and complaints end to end by utilizing using SOP's and their own initiative
* Following up on turnovers, maintenance, and inspections to ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard
* Tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise during the process
* Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and using it in previous roles
* Dealing with difficult guests or clients and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Prioritizing tasks when there are multiple demands on your time
* Troubleshooting technical issues related to heating or other technology related issues used in STR properties
* Handling Airbnb Resolution and review processes
* Experience working as an Airbnb ambassador preferred
* Staying organized and keeping track of multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Assisting in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and repeat bookings for STR properties
* Taking emergency calls and handling emergency situations.
* Knowledge of KPIs and how to track them is an asset.
* Assisting in monthly payroll processes
* Payment Handling via Guesty
* Experienced in Price Labs
* Creation of Guest Guidebooks via tools such as Canva
* Creating New Listings to highly optimized standards
Requirements:
* Experience in short-term rental management
* Strong organizational and communication skills - especially the ability to follow up with guests and the team on issues.
* Familiarity with troubleshooting maintenance issues such as heating, WIFI, TV, appliances and other technologies used in STR properties
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle emergency situations in a professional manner
* Experience working as an Airbnb ambassador preferred
* Answering emergency calls and help guests resolve issues such as lockouts, flooding, no heating etc.
