- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, leveraging Hostlabs' tools and systems
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in short-term rental management, or working at Airbnb, Vrbo, or ----------
- Strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in using property management software and online booking platforms
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with local short-term rental regulations and compliance requirements
