Short-Term Rental Agent Trainer for Co-hosting Service

We’re building a co-hosting service and need a seasoned trainer to help us onboard and train a team of STR agents. This is NOT for someone new to the game — we’re looking for someone who has already trained agents at scale and understands the ins and outs of short-term rental operations.

You should have:
• 3+ years experience training STR agents or property managers
• Worked with established STR companies or cohosting teams
• Proven ability to create clear, structured SOPs and training programs
• Experience creating e-books, checklists, and video scripts for agent training
• Deep familiarity with tools like Airbnb, Vrbo, PMS platforms, and turnover systems

What you’ll do:
• Design and deliver a training pipeline for STR agents
• Develop internal content (e-books, guides, video materials)
• Help define the gold standard for how our agents operate
