Short-Form Video Editor/Clipper — TallyBooth (Remote, Weekly)

We're running a street content series in NYC where strangers anonymously answer vulnerable questions into a vintage phone. We shoot ~4 hours of raw footage once a week and need an editor to turn it into 20 short-form videos per week.
The job is only clipping a longer piece of content into multiple shorter pieces, adding captions, and color grading correctly:
Take raw footage (one weekly drop, ~4 hours)
Cut into 20 short-form vertical videos (9:16) per week
Each clip is simple: someone picks up the phone, answers the question, clip ends
Add captions (we provide a template — you fill in slots, no original writing required)
Export and upload to a shared drive

What makes a clip "usable":
Audio is clean (you can hear the answer clearly, no major wind/traffic noise)
The pickup ---------- nt is included (phone coming off the receiver)
The answer is coherent and complete (not cut off, not mumbled, not a joke answer)
Clip ends on a strong ---------- nt (the last word, a pause, a breath) — not trailing off
No face is visible (frame is torso-down, hands, phone, or behind the person)
Length: 12-30 seconds per clip

We'll provide:
A caption template (pick from preset hooks + emotional lines, paste fixed hashtags)
The list of questions used in each shoot
A reference reel of 3-5 example clips so you know the style

Time commitment:
~10-15 hours per week
Footage drops once a week, deliverables due 48 hours after drop

Looking for:
Strong technical editing skills (Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut)
Reliable turnaround
Patient enough to sift through 4 hours of footage to find the gold
Doesn't need to be a "creative" — needs to follow a spec well
