????Short-Form Video Editor Wanted (Full-Time)

CreatorPulse is a fast-growing creator management agency working with personal brands and creators across the US and UK. We're looking for a skilled short-form video editor to join our team full-time.

What You'll Be Doing
- Editing Instagram Reels and short-form content for multiple large creators and personal brands
- Working with talking head footage, B-roll, text overlays, captions, and trending audio
- Applying your own creative instincts. We want editors who have ideas, not just button-pushers
- Delivering polished, platform-optimized videos consistently every day

What We're Looking For
This is NOT a beginner role. You need to already understand:
- Pacing — you know how rhythm drives retention and when to cut
- Hooks — you can make the first 1–3 seconds stop a scroll
- Attention resets — you know how to re-engage a viewer mid-video through cuts, zooms, text, or audio changes
- Captions — clean, well-timed
- Platform behavior — you understand what makes a Reel perform vs. flop

The Role
- Full-time — 6–8 hours per day
- 100% remote — work from anywhere
- Starting pay: $2/hour + performance bonuses
- Room to grow as we scale
