Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok & Reels) – High Volume, Daily Work

We’re hiring a FAST, RELIABLE, experienced short-form video editor to help us produce engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels content daily.

This is not complex editing. We need someone who already understands short-form editing, pacing, hooks, and retention without heavy guidance.

Most of the content will be talking-head style videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

We are specifically looking for an editor who is interested in AI content and willing to actively learn AI tools, trends, and platforms.

You do NOT need to be an AI expert already, but you MUST be able to:
- Understand AI-related topics and concepts quickly
- Add strong supporting visuals that help viewers understand what’s being discussed
- Find or create visuals, screenshots, and B-roll that improve viewer retention
- Take creative initiative instead of waiting for detailed editing instructions every time

What You’ll Do:
- Edit up to 10 short-form videos per day (< 60 seconds each)
- Add captions, cuts, pacing, pop-ups, light effects, and trending editing styles
- Follow proven editing structures optimized for TikTok & Reels
- Deliver content quickly and consistently every day

Workload:
- ~5 hours/day
- Each video should take around 30 minutes max

What We’re Looking For:
- MUST EDIT ON CAPCUT
- MUST have experience editing TikTok, Reels, or Shorts content
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, and viral-style editing
- Ability to follow references and replicate editing styles accurately
- Fast turnaround and consistent quality
- Reliable communication and internet connection
- Must be available on weekends when needed
