Short Form Video Editor (Talking Head/Educational)

I'm looking for a short form video editor for my YouTube coaching channel helping creators grow on YouTube.

Currently I'm thinking of outputting daily short form videos, using a talking head/educational style on this channel here:

In terms of style, Ali Abdaal would be a good starting point although I'm a lot less polished/would like to inject more humour: ----------

This is a different channel I have but I have more content there so you can see my vibe: ----------

The goal of the short form content is to funnel people into my long form content (which then eventually leads a small percentage of people to 1 on 1 coaching services)

What you'll be editing::

-Talking head footage (me speaking to camera)
-30-60 seconds
-Daily output (for now)

What I need:

-Clean cuts and pacing
-Captions/subtitles synced to speech
-Motion graphics or image overlays where needed
-Consistent style across videos

What I'm looking for:

-Experience editing short form content in a similar niche (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
-Fast turnaround (same day or next day preferred)
-Good communication
-Able to take direction and improve over time
