We are a social media agency that grows founders, creators, and high-ticket coaches through short-form and long-form content. We have driven 800k+ views in under 4 months, and we are hiring short-form editors who care about WHY content performs, not just how to cut it.
Think: Brez-style branding, Hormozi pacing, Iman Gadzhi storytelling, and Mino Lee style emotional, introspective content.
You will work directly with our creators and strategists on content for business, entrepreneurship, and people building in public, including our founder's personal brand.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Short-form edits for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts that hook in the first second, hold retention to the end, and feel intentional from frame one.
WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS (storytelling first)
- Hooks, pacing, and retention
- Emotional timing and understanding people
- Internet culture awareness
- Knowing the difference between a cut that is "fine" and one that makes someone stop scrolling
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- CapCut and/or Premiere Pro
- Clean captions, fast cuts, and audio that hits
- Intentional b-roll, no filler
- Templates, workflows, and tight file organization
