Short-Form Video Editor – High Volume, Fixed Monthly Pay

We are looking for a reliable, fast video editor to join the content team of a German Instagram and TikTok creator in the business niche. The account has 11,000+ followers and is growing fast. We are scaling content volume now ahead of a major product launch later this year.


What the job looks like

You edit short-form vertical videos (45-90 seconds) for Instagram Reels and TikTok. The format is consistent and repeatable: the creator speaks to camera, you remove the background in CapCut, drop in AI-generated images behind him, and sync them to his talking points.

Every video follows the same template. Once you learn it, editing is fast. A good editor will finish 5-10 clips per hour.

Expected output is around 180 clips per month – roughly 1 new Reel and 5 recycled Test-Reels per day.

This is fully async work. You receive footage and assets in Google Drive, edit, and upload exports back. No daily calls, no time zone pressure.


What you earn

€200/month fixed, paid reliably every month.

At 5-10 clips per hour, this works out to roughly €5-11 per hour of actual editing time. The faster and more consistent you are, the better your effective hourly rate.


What you need

CapCut desktop – you already use it or can learn it fast.
Google Chrome – we use one extension for image generation, easy setup, we walk you through it.
Reliable internet and a computer that handles CapCut without issues.
You can follow a written workflow in English and meet daily deadlines.

You do not need to speak German. The footage is in German but we provide everything you need to navigate it without language skills.


What this role can become

This creator is actively building toward a product launch and long-term growth. If you deliver quality work and grow with us, there is room for more volume, more responsibility, and better pay. You will also be able to use this project as a portfolio reference once we hit major milestones.

We are not looking for someone to try this for a few weeks. We want someone who is in it for the long run.
