We're a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand running
Here's the deal: we test 20–30 videos a week. The editors who make ads that actually perform don't just get steady work — they get bonuses (details below). Get in early, do great work, and this gets rewarding fast.
What you'll be doing
-Editing short-form video ads for
-Picking the best clips from multi-angle footage and cutting them to a script we give you.
-Creating new video clips with AI when we need a shot we don't have footage for (Higgsfield and similar text-to-video / image-to-video tools). This is a real part of the role.
-Building Italian-language videos with clean, accurate Italian subtitles from our script. (You don't need to speak Italian — but you do need to place every word exactly: no typos, perfect timing.)
-Adding AI voiceover with ElevenLabs — we hand you a locked Italian voice to use every time.
-Turning winning ad structures into fresh new versions.
-Delivering vertical formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1), ready for Meta, captions burned in.
What we hand you
-Higgsfield and the other AI tools we use — if a project needs a paid AI tool, we cover it.
-All footage, scripts, and brand assets, organized in Drive.
What we need from you
-Real, provable DTC editing experience. Show us the work — samples, not a CV. No samples, no interview.
-A direct-response eye: hook in the first 2 seconds, tight pacing, retention edits, clean captions.
-Hands-on skill creating video clips with AI tools (Higgsfield, text-to-video, image-to-video). This is essential, not a nice-to-have.
-ElevenLabs / AI voiceover experience and genuine comfort working with AI.
-Accurate subtitling (spelling + timing).
-Fast, reliable turnaround. Available to start now.
-You read instructions and actually follow them.
-Clear written English.
Bonus points if you
-Have hands-on Higgsfield experience.
-Have worked on foreign-language ad localization or subtitling before.
-Know your way around motion graphics and clean on-screen text.
Who thrives here

The pay (we're upfront about it)
You start on our per-video rates, because first you show us you can do it:
Per video by length (0–5 min): $20 / $30 / $40 / $50 / $60
Paid weekly via Wise. No chasing invoices, no waiting a month for your money.
Then the upside kicks in, because we pay for results. Every video you make gets tested, and when one wins, you get paid for it:
$100 when your video reaches $750/day in ad spend
$250 when it reaches $1,500/day
We test 20–30 videos a week, so a sharp editor stacks these fast. Make a winner, get rewarded. Make another, get rewarded again.
