Short-Form Video Editor — AI Reels (Fast, High-Volume)

We're hiring fast, reliable short-form video editors to produce Instagram & Facebook Reels for our social media brands. This is a high-volume role — we care most about speed, consistency, and following templates exactly.
What you'll do:

Assemble provided assets (AI-generated clips, voiceovers, B-roll, music) into 15–45 second vertical Reels
Add captions, hooks, transitions, and timing using our templates and style guide
Hit a high daily output once you're ramped (target: 15–30+ finished Reels/day with assets provided)
Keep a consistent look across videos without copy-pasting them identically

You must have:

Strong skills in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
Fast, dependable turnaround and great attention to detail
Comfort working with AI content tools and auto-captioning
Reliable computer and internet

Bonus:

Graphic design / motion graphics skills
Experience with faceless, UGC, or AI-generated content

Pay: Starts at $160/week, with raises to $200/week based on speed and quality.
