Short Form Video Editor

We're looking for our next full time video editor to turn our long-form interviews into short, powerful clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that grow our brand and reach millions of people.

-Watch long-form interview footage and identify the most powerful, emotional, and share-worthy moments.

-Cut those moments into engaging short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

-Work with clear weekly deadlines and produce a consistent output of clips

-Collaborate with the team to study what's performing and improve every batch

== Requirements ==

To be considered, you must:

-Have at least 2 years of short-form video editing experience

-Be fluent in written and spoken English

-Use Adobe Premiere Pro (CapCut experience a plus)

-Have a strong instinct for what makes content go viral on short-form platforms

-Have reliable internet (minimum 200 Mbps)

-Be comfortable working in Google Drive and Discord

- Have a fast computer for smooth editing and quick exports

- Full-time, 40 hrs/week availability

- Can find the story inside hours of footage, the emotional beat, the surprising line, the moment that lands

- Have a feel for emotional pacing and know when to let a moment breathe vs. cut tight

- Are creative, detail-oriented, and take real ownership of your deadlines

- Are organized, proactive, and consistent with volume

- Constantly look for ways to make your clips perform better

- Are open to feedback and excited to grow with us long-term
