We're looking for an ambitious short-form video editor to join our team. Show us why you'd be a great fit.

Requirements
1. Excellent English communication skills
2. Ability to deliver edits within 24 hours
3. Reliable internet connection
4. Adobe Premiere Pro (main editing software)
5. Comfortable using CapCut when needed
6. Strong experience with short-form, engagement-driven content
7. Viral Sense: An intuitive understanding of which ---------- nts are most likely to perform well

Editing Styles We're NOT Looking For
1. Over-edited content with flashy animations, neon graphics, or "guru-style" editing (e.g. Iman Gadzhi-style videos)

Work Details
1. 5–30 videos per month
2. Vertical content only (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
3. Available for occasional team calls

Compensation
1. $15 per video
