Short Form Video Editor

I run a videography company working with personal brands and businesses. We produce high volume short-form content (Reels / TikTok).

I’m looking for a reliable, fast, and creative editor for ongoing work.

This is not a one-off project. I’m building a long-term relationship with the right person.

What You’ll Be Editing:

• Instagram Reels / TikTok (30–60 sec)
• Talking-head informational content
• Event / recap videos
• High-retention, viral-style cuts

Editing Style Needed:

• Strong hook in first 1–3 seconds
• Clean animated captions
• Engaging pacing (no dead space)
• Modern sound design
• Smooth transitions
• Retention-focused structure

If you understand attention psychology, that’s a plus.

What I Provide:

• Organized raw footage
• Clear direction + references
• Branding guidelines
• Feedback to improve

Volume:

10–30 videos per month
More if performance is strong.

Budget:

$15–30 per reel
Rate depends on quality and speed.

Requirements:

• Proven short-form editing experience
• Strong sense of pacing and retention
• Good English communication
• Ability to deliver within 24–48 hours
• Open to feedback and improvement
