Short Form Video Editor

We’re looking for a talented Short-Form Video Editor who can make Reels that stop the scroll This is a part-time role to start — with a a 12-week trial — with a strong path to full-time if it’s a great fit for both of us.

What You’ll Do:

- Edit vertical shorts each week with 48-hour turnaround after footage drop
- Sync multicam and external audio, add dynamic captions, SFX/music, simple motion graphics, and brand elements we provide
- Keep each channel’s pacing, tone, and humor distinct

Requirements:
- Portfolio of short-form edits showing strong pacing, text animation, and story beats
- Comfortable handling 4K .mp4 files via Google Drive
- Proficiency in a pro-level NLE (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, CapCut Desktop, etc.) — no beginners
- Reliable 48–72 h turnaround and solid English communication
- Stable internet connection

Bonus (not required, but nice to have):
- Light color-grading or audio-cleanup skills
- Thumbnail design or basic graphic skills

Pay & Growth:
-$6-8 an hour
- High chance of a full-time editing role after the initial 12 weeks if we click
