Short-Form Video Clipper, Video Editor - Ongoing, Part-Time

We produce health & wellness content and need a reliable clipper to turn long-form (client recordings, talking-head) into 9:16 short clips. 50+ clips/month, ongoing, with room to grow into more work, including longer-form editing for the right person.

This isn't flashy editing. It's about getting the context right, finding the moment, and setting the hook. We provide caption presets and templates.

Beyond the clipping, there's room to grow the partnership for the right person if you can also handle more advanced short- form edits (viral style) and longer-form work like vlogs, VSLs, etc.

Our current workflow:
- Find and edit the clips in Opus Clip (context + hook). Title + captions from our presets
- Clean audio in DaVinci Resolve, remove background noise, consistent loudness
- Export to dedicated Google Drive folder
(Open to your tools if the output is just as clean.)

Payment structure is per clip:
- Simple clip (trim, title, captions, audio cleanup): $5
- Full edit (adds b-roll, motion graphics, color): $10
- 1 revision included

At 50+ clips/month that's ~$300–600+ depending on volume and mix. Paid weekly via Wise.

Must have:
- Fluent English
- Video editing skills. We provide the software unless you want to use your own.
- A good eye for hooks and what makes a clip land
- Reliable, hits weekly quotas
