Short-Form Video Clipper / Editor (Twitch & Streaming Content) — Experienced Only

About the Role

I run a growing Twitch / streaming channel and need a skilled clipper to turn my livestream VODs into scroll-stopping vertical clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels. This is not entry-level, I want one experienced editor who works independently with minimal direction.

What You'll Do
Find the best ---------- nts in long VODs (highlights, funny reactions, high-energy beats)
Edit them into polished 15–60s vertical clips (9:16) with clean captions, zooms, and trending audio
Write a strong 3-second hook/title for each clip
Deliver multiple clips per week, on schedule, with a tidy file system


Requirements
Proven experience clipping for streamers or short-form channels — no beginners
Portfolio is mandatory (clips you personally edited). No portfolio = not reviewed.
Strong English, C1–B2, written and able to follow spoken stream content
Expert in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects
Solid grasp of short-form retention (hooks, pacing, captions, trends)
Reliable internet and consistent availability
