JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple short-form brands across real estate, lifestyle, travel, OF (non-nude), fitness and luxury/watches. We already have editors.

Now we’re looking for 1–2 people who can be the brain and the system behind the content:
someone who keeps everything organized, checks quality, and helps with angles, hooks and trends.

What you’ll do

Keep content organized

Folder structure, naming, versions

Clear “idea / editing / needs QA / approved / posted” status

Check all videos before they go out

Hook in first seconds, pacing, captions, audio, CTA, brand fit

Make sure everyone knows what to do

Track who’s editing what, what’s done, what’s late

Follow up with editors when needed

Help with hooks & ideas

Write hooks + short scripts/text for Reels/TikTok/Shorts

Spot and adapt trends and turn them into simple briefs for editors

Support planning & reporting

Help plan next week’s content focus and shoots

Keep a simple “winners” list of what performs well

You are

Very organized and systems-minded (folders, sheets, checklists don’t scare you)

Deep into TikTok/Reels/Shorts culture

Strong eye for quality in short-form content

Comfortable writing hooks and short copy in English

Good at clear, direct feedback and follow-up

Able to keep overview when multiple editors and clients are moving at once

To apply, please reply with:

1?? Short intro
Who you are, your experience with short-form content, and which niches you feel strongest in (real estate, fitness, OF non-nude, travel, etc.).

2?? Links to short-form content
Share links to:

Short-form content you’ve worked on yourself, and/or

Short-form content from others where you would clearly do it differently (and better).
If it’s not your own, just say so – we’re interested in your taste and thinking.

3?? Answer this question (systems + ops):

Imagine we have 5 editors and need to deliver 50 videos per week.
How would you:

structure folders

and set up a simple tracking sheet
so everyone knows what to do and what’s done,
while also having time to:

plan next week’s shoots

find and track trends

quality check the editors’ work?

Be as concrete as possible
