We’re a fast-moving marketing agency helping eCommerce brands scale through paid ads, creative strategy, and high-performing websites. We work with niche and lifestyle brands that require deep understanding of both brand experience and conversion-focused performance.

We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with strong Shopify experience to join our team and manage our clients’ websites, optimize performance, and oversee all Shopify-related integrations, tools, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize multiple Shopify stores for our clients

Analyze conversion data, user behavior, and site performance using tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Hotjar (or similar)

Recommend and execute A/B tests, landing page adjustments, and funnel improvements

Implement and manage Shopify apps to improve customer experience, retention, and checkout flow

Collaborate with our Media Buyer and Creative teams to align site optimization with ad strategy

Manage site updates, product pages, and on-site offers to ensure consistency with campaigns

Create detailed reports and performance insights on conversion data

Communicate daily with the team regarding ongoing tests, updates, and performance results

Requirements

Proven experience managing Shopify stores (ideally for eCommerce brands)

Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, user journeys, and A/B testing

Experience with Shopify apps, data analytics, and site optimization tools

Comfortable working with Shopify themes, integrations, and light front-end changes (no full coding required, but technical familiarity is a must)

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently

Must be proactive and communicate daily with the team via Slack or other channels

Compensation

?29,000/month ($500 USD) during the first trial month(s) (training + performance evaluation)

After successful trial, pay increases to ?43,000/month ($750 USD)

High performers can quickly grow to ?58,000–?116,000/month ($1,000–$2,000 USD) as we scale
