Shopify Virtual Assistant (Task-Based, Long-Term Potential)

We are a growing eCommerce brand building and managing multiple Shopify stores. We are looking for a reliable Shopify Virtual Assistant to support us on a task-based basis.

This is not a full-time position at the beginning.
You will be paid per task / per project, with a small number of hours per week initially.
If the collaboration goes well, there is strong potential for long-term work, more hours, and expanded responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities
- Customize and modify Shopify themes (existing themes, not custom from scratch)
- Set up and configure Shopify apps
-Create and edit pages (home, product pages, collections, landing pages)
- Upload and manage products (images, descriptions, variants)
- Make design adjustments to improve store aesthetics and UX
- Basic store maintenance and small fixes
- Create simple visual assets using Canva (banners, images, sections)

Required Skills
- Solid experience with Shopify store setup and customization
- Good eye for design (clean, modern eCommerce style)
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS (theme edits, small customizations)
- Comfortable using Canva for visuals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to follow instructions and deliver tasks on time

Nice to Have (Bonus)
- Experience working with multiple Shopify stores
- Basic understanding of eCommerce CRO / UX
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Page builders (PageFly, Gempages, etc.)
- Product review apps
- Email or pop-up apps
-Experience working with international brands

- Payment: Per task / per project
- Hours: Flexible, limited hours at the beginning
