Shopify Store Builder & E-commerce Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Shopify Store Builder & Operations Assistant to take charge of setting up and managing our Shopify stores. Your main role will be handling everything related to store builds, product uploads, offers, and optimizations, so the founder can focus on growth and media buying.

This is a trainable role — the right candidate will also be guided to take on additional responsibilities over time, such as CRO (conversion rate optimization), email/SMS marketing, and basic creative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and customize Shopify stores (themes, layout, product pages).
Upload products, write product descriptions, set up collections, bundles, and upsells.
Implement apps (reviews, upsells, tracking, etc.).
Optimize store speed and mobile responsiveness.
Maintain product catalogs, discounts, and promotional offers.
Provide weekly reports on store performance and suggest improvements.
Be open to learning new areas of e-commerce operations (CRO, email/SMS, creatives).

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience with Shopify store setup and management.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce tools and apps.
Good eye for store design and conversion principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow into broader e-commerce responsibilities.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
