Shopify Sales & Conversion Optimization Specialist (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Shopify expert to help optimize our eCommerce store and increase sales. Our products are high-value items, and we need someone who knows how to improve conversions, enhance the shopping experience, and implement strategies that drive revenue.

This is a base salary + commission role, meaning your pay includes a fixed monthly base and a commission tied to the sales you generate. There is potential to earn thousands, and even hundreds of thousands of dollars, depending on results. However, please note that this is performance-based, so income is not guaranteed without results.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze the current Shopify store and identify areas for improvement to increase sales.
* Optimize product pages, checkout process, and overall user experience.
* Implement and test marketing strategies to boost conversions.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and conversion improvements.
* Suggest and implement apps, tools, and techniques to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Shopify optimization and eCommerce sales growth
* Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), product page layout, upsells, and cross-sells.
* Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Shopify reports.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

* Base salary + commission (performance-based).
