Shopify Operations Virtual Assistant (Detail-Oriented, Long Term)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shopify Operations Virtual Assistant to support daily store operations across multiple Shopify stores.

This is NOT a beginner role. We are looking for someone with previous Shopify experience and experience working as a Virtual Assistant.

You will be responsible for monitoring orders, updating operational sheets, coordinating with suppliers, and following structured SOPs.

We are a systems-driven company and attention to detail is extremely important.

• Perform daily operational checks

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Shopify experience (order management / operations)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow SOPs
• Good written English
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable with spreadsheets
• Long-term mindset
