Shopify Operations & Automation Developer

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations & Automation Developer to help improve internal systems, workflows, automations, and online platforms. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Shopify, automation tools, AI integrations, and system management.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Shopify Management:
• Manage and maintain Shopify websites
• Implement website updates, improvements, and integrations
• improve website functionality and user experience
• Troubleshoot website-related issues and coordinate with external developers when needed

Salesforce & CRM Automation:
• Build and manage Salesforce automations and flows
• Improve CRM processes, lead tracking, and reporting systems
• Create cross-platform automations to reduce manual tasks
• Help streamline internal operational workflows

---------- & Workflow Management:
• Build and maintain ---------- workflows and automations
• Organize and improve project management systems
• Create dashboards, tracking systems, and internal process workflows
• Improve communication and coordination across departments

Forms, Integrations & Automation Tools:
• Create and manage Typeforms and intake forms
• Build integrations using Zapier and similar automation platforms
• Connect systems such as Shopify, Salesforce, ---------- , Typeform, and Google Workspace
• Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks

AI & Process Improvement:
• Research and implement AI tools to improve business operations
• Support AI integration across sales, customer service, marketing, quoting, and operational workflows
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions
• Continuously improve efficiency through automation and system optimization

Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Shopify
• Experience building Salesforce automations and flows
• Experience with ---------- workflows and automations
• Proficiency with Zapier or similar automation platforms
• Experience using Typeform or similar form-building tools
• Strong understanding of AI tools and business automation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills

Bonus Skills:
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience working with manufacturing or construction-related businesses

Compensation and Benefits:
• $7 per hour
• 13th-month pay
• Vacation Time
• Weekends off
• Birthday bonus
• Benefits allowance after 6 months

Full-time role: 8 hours per day (EST), Monday to Friday.
