### ???? **Responsibilities**

**Store Management & Operations**

* Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, SEO).
* Research products and suppliers to identify opportunities for growth.
* Manage collections, categories, and ensure smooth store navigation.
* Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps to improve performance.

**Content & Branding**

* Write compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions.
* Create and edit product images, graphics, and mockups.
* Support brand consistency through visuals and store layout.
* Assist with blog content and storytelling for organic growth.

**Customer Support**

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
* Process refunds, returns, exchanges, and resolve order issues.
* Monitor and manage reviews to build trust and satisfaction.

**Marketing & Growth**

* Build and manage email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
* Set up abandoned cart recovery and customer follow-ups.
* Assist with social media content creation and scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook).
* Support paid advertising efforts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).

**Analytics & Optimization**

* Monitor Shopify analytics, sales, and traffic performance.
* Track conversion rates and suggest improvements.
* Implement strategies for SEO and store speed optimization.
* Run A/B tests on product pages, ads, and campaigns.

**Startup Flexibility & Admin**

* Communicate with suppliers and manage fulfillment tasks.
* Update and maintain store policies (shipping, returns, FAQs).
* Help with bookkeeping and syncing sales reports.
* Build SOPs to streamline workflows as we scale.
* Take initiative on projects and adapt to new tasks as the brand evolves.

### ? **Requirements**

* Proven track record as a **Shopify VA** or **E-commerce Assistant**.
* Strong knowledge of **Shopify platform, apps, and integrations**.
* Experience with **email marketing tools** (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
* Social media management and advertising experience.
* Excellent **English communication skills** (written & verbal).
* Understanding of **SEO, CRO, and analytics**.
* Design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are a big plus.
* Self-starter mindset — **able to work independently in a startup environment**.
