Shopify & Email Designer / Front-End Dev

I run a growing Email & CRO agency, and we’re on the hunt for a multi-talented designer who can also code. If you love crafting clean, conversion-focused designs and know how to bring them to life in code, keep reading.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing and implementing CRO-focused landing pages and test variations

Rebranding websites or creating fresh UI/UX directions for clients (with taste!)

Designing email templates that are visually on-brand, clean, and high-converting

Coding those designs—either in platforms like Webflow, Shopify, or raw HTML/CSS/JS

Collaborating with our strategist (me) to improve user flows and boost results

???? You’re a Great Fit If:
You have strong design taste and can elevate a brand visually (not just follow instructions)

You’re confident with front-end development (HTML/CSS, basic JS—bonus if you know Liquid, Shopify, or Webflow)

You understand conversion-driven design (i.e. you design with purpose)

You’re able to suggest better branding/direction to a client who needs help finding their visual identity

You have an eye for clean typography, mobile-first layouts, and brand storytelling

Bonus: You’ve worked on eCommerce brands, DTC sites, or SaaS companies
