Key Responsibilities:

Build, customise, and maintain Shopify stores using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Design responsive, visually stunning Shopify themes that perform flawlessly across devices.
Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways to expand store capabilities.
Optimise site performance, SEO, and user experience for maximum engagement.
Collaborate with our UK-based team, driving new features, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.
Document all developments, manage updates, and ensure robust theme backups.
Contribute proactively to agile remote workflows and project discussions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in Shopify theme development and customisation, with mastery of Liquid.
Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3 for building responsive layouts.
Solid foundation in JavaScript for dynamic front-end functionality.
Hands-on experience with Shopify API integrations (REST and/or GraphQL).
Proficiency with version control systems (Git) in remote/agile environments.
Deep understanding of responsive design concepts, SEO, and performance optimisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, thriving in a distributed team setting.
