Shopify Developer for E-commerce Store Setup and Front End Build

We are launching a new e-commerce store selling physical products directly to customers. This is a serious operation, not a hobby store or a generic dropshipping setup. The site must be fast, easy to navigate, and built with long-term growth in mind.

We are hiring a developer who can fully build and configure the store from scratch. You will be responsible for both the front end layout and the full Shopify setup, including the backend structure and core settings. If you have experience creating clean, well-organized stores that perform well on mobile and desktop, this project is straightforward.

Responsibilities:

Build a new Shopify store using a clean, responsive, and fast theme

Customize homepage, product pages, collection pages, and navigation layout

Set up store structure including products, collections, and filtering

Configure all essential settings such as checkout, shipping, taxes, and payment providers

Ensure mobile and desktop optimization

Maintain consistency in spacing, layout, and overall UI polish

Communicate clearly and finish tasks without repeated reminders

Requirements:

Strong experience building or customizing Shopify stores

Skilled in HTML, CSS, and Liquid

Able to create a professional and trustworthy storefront layout

Attention to spacing, font size, and clarity in product presentation

Able to work independently and deliver on time

Bonus if you have worked on stores selling physical products in specialized markets
