About Us

Servtech Chemicals is a Canadian manufacturer and distributor of professional cleaning, sanitation, warewash, and industrial chemical products serving restaurants, hospitality operators, food processors, and commercial facilities.

We are expanding our digital sales platform and are looking for an experienced Shopify & QuickBooks Online Integration Specialist to build and optimize our online ordering systems.

This role will help create both:

A B2B Customer Ordering Portal where existing customers can place orders online.
A Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Shopify Store under the Servtech brand.

The successful candidate will have experience with Shopify, QuickBooks Online, e-commerce workflows, and customer experience design.

Project Objectives

Phase 1 – Direct-to-Consumer Website

Build a modern Shopify retail store under the Servtech brand.

The systems must:
Sync customers between Shopify and QuickBooks Online
Sync products and inventory
Create sales orders/invoices in QuickBooks Online automatically
Sync payment status
Sync customer information
Minimize manual data entry


The website should:
Promote Servtech products
Support online payments
Allow direct shipping to customers
Be optimized for mobile devices
Include SEO best practices
Support promotional campaigns

Phase 2 – B2B Customer Ordering Portal

Build a Shopify-based ordering platform that allows:

Existing customers to log in
Customer-specific pricing
Product catalog management
Online order submission
Purchase order references
Account management
Mobile-friendly ordering

The objective is for a customer to:

Log into the portal
Place an order
Order automatically appears in QuickBooks Online
Accounting team processes fulfillment
