Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable customer service representative and virtual assistant who can independently manage every aspect of Shopify. This position is only for candidates who have proven experience in the fashion niche and know how to handle disputes effectively.
You must be able to edit and manage orders, update customer addresses, create and maintain accurate size charts, upload and adjust product photos, and optimize product pages with correct descriptions and formatting. You will be expected to stay on top of daily orders, monitor them closely, and communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers. You must also be capable of resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently, and know how to win back unhappy customers and encourage repeat purchases.
The hourly rate is €3, and performance-based bonuses will be provided when you successfully recover lost customers or drive additional sales.
