Shopify Creative & Operations Assistant

We’re looking for someone with strong design taste who also enjoys solving problems and taking ownership. This role is a mix of graphic design, Shopify operations, AI-assisted content creation, and customer support.

* Create premium product listing images using AI and graphic design tools
* Help make our brand more polished and consistent across the website
* Design collection banners and promotional graphics
* Create lifestyle graphics, comparison charts, and product mockups
* Assist with basic image editing and creative asset production

Shopify & Ecommerce

* Create and update Shopify product listings
* Write and improve product descriptions
* Build and organize collections
* Update website content and landing pages
* Maintain product information, metafields, and metaobjects
* Help improve website organization and overall user experience

Customer Support & Operations

* Assist customers with order issues and product questions
* Help troubleshoot common product issues
* Investigate shipping and delivery problems
* Work with the team to solve operational problems and improve internal processes

Requirements

* Shopify experience
* Strong graphic design portfolio
* Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
* Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
* Experience using AI tools for image generation or image editing
* Familiar with Shopify metafields and metaobjects
* Strong written English
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organized, proactive, and reliable
* Able to work independently and solve problems

Bonus Skills

* Shopify Liquid, HTML, and CSS
* Experience writing product descriptions or marketing copy
* Photography or photo retouching experience
* Basic video editing
