Shopify CSV Expert

We’re looking for a Shopify CSV Expert with proven, hands-on experience creating, validating, and uploading large product datasets into Shopify.

This is NOT a basic VA role — we need someone who understands Shopify’s product architecture inside and out (variants, metafields, images, SEO fields, etc.) and can build flawless CSV sheets that import with zero errors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build accurate, Shopify-ready CSVs including products, variants, images, tags, and metadata

- Clean and organize raw product data into Shopify’s required formats

- Validate and troubleshoot CSV uploads to ensure error-free imports

- Manage product images and URLs for proper linking

- Maintain consistent product data standards across all stores
