Shopify App Developer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Shopify App Developer to design, build, and maintain custom apps and integrations that enhance our Shopify ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in creating seamless, high-performing solutions that improve customer experience, optimize operations, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify apps (public and private).

Build and integrate APIs to connect Shopify with third-party systems.

Optimize app performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to implement new features.

Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure smooth deployment.

Stay updated on Shopify’s ecosystem, APIs, and best practices.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL), Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with Node.js, React, or Ruby on Rails (commonly used for Shopify apps).

Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).

Familiarity with version control (Git) and deployment workflows.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Bonus: Experience publishing apps on the Shopify App Store.
