Setup Wordpress WebSite

Looking for wenmaster / web developer to install and setup Wordpress site, the project includes the following tasks :
1- Setup Wordpress Theme.
2- Design/develop dynamic pages based on theme data.
3- Propose extra /add required plugin.
4- Design required graphic.
5- Extract/Fill data.
6- Developing site plans and stratigy.
7- Establish social media.

i'm expecting to have full time contractor for one month to finish the setup, then support will be required on part time basis
