Service Tech Field Representative
Full Time | Remote
Hours 8am–5pm PST with one hour unpaid lunch

CoreTech National is seeking an experienced Service Tech Field Representative to support our field operations and work closely with our current field lead. This role is designed to provide immediate operational support while learning our systems, vendors, and workflows in depth.

The Service Tech Field Representative will handle a high volume of coordination, technical troubleshooting, scheduling, and data entry. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technicians, and keeping complex operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Data entry and workflow management across multiple systems
Entering and managing service calls in Field Nation
Entering and tracking calls in our internal business and workflow management systems
Coordinating and following up with technicians on-site
Scheduling jobs and managing technician availability
Ordering parts and tracking deliveries
Researching technical parts needed to repair peripherals and office equipment
Troubleshooting machines and error codes independently before escalating issues
Communicating clearly with vendors and manufacturers to diagnose and resolve issues
Supporting and directing Field Nation technicians during service calls
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all activity

Technical Expectations

***Strong proficiency with Field Nation is required***
Ability to troubleshoot office equipment and peripherals
Ability to research and understand machine error codes and technical issues
Comfort working with vendors and manufacturers to resolve technical problems
Ability to clearly articulate issues, symptoms, and troubleshooting steps over the phone

Example: Ability to identify common causes of machine errors, such as Xerox M4035 43 errors, and determine next steps using research, vendor support, and technical reasoning, and Chat GPT

Work Style and Requirements

Full-time availability Monday through Friday during US Pacific Standard Time business hours (8am-5pm)
Must be available and responsive during work hours
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to confidently communicate with and support technicians
Hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented
Positive, energetic personality with a strong customer service mindset

This position involves a mix of data entry, logistics, technical support, and coordination. It is a critical role within a growing US-based company and offers long-term growth for the right candidate.
