- Build and evolve our multi-platform design system (tokens, components, patterns).
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes (micro-interactions, motion) to de-risk delivery.
- Champion accessibility (WCAG/ADA), quality, and measurable outcomes.
- Mentor designers; level up critique, documentation, and standards.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years in UI/UX/Product Design with shipped products (portfolio required).
- Mastery of Figma and Figma Make (components/variants/auto-layout, prototyping, automation/ops).
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus).
- Ability to work autonomously, set direction, and execute from 0?1 and 1?N.
- Excellent interaction design, visual craft, systems thinking, and usability testing chops.
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus; comfort with design tokens and dev handoff.
Nice to have
Marketplace or SaaS dashboard experience; mobile-first flows.
Motion design (Lottie/AE), analytics literacy (Mixpanel/GA), and experimentation (A/B tests).
Localization/internationalization awareness and WCAG 2.2 leadership.
