Senior WordPress Web Developer (CRO-Focused, Design Improver)

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Web Developer who goes beyond building websites.
Someone who improves them.

You don’t work with cookie-cutter templates. You analyze, rethink and refine existing websites to make them perform better.

You are comfortable working with Elementor, Avada, Gutenberg and the WordPress editor, and you understand how design decisions influence user behavior.

What you will do
- Improve existing WordPress websites with a strong conversion rate optimization (CRO) mindset
- Work with Elementor, Avada, Gutenberg and the native WordPress editor

What we are looking for
- Proven experience building and improving WordPress websites
- Strong skills in Elementor, Avada and Gutenberg
- A clear understanding of UX, CRO and user psychology
- Ability to think critically about structure, content and design
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language
