Role Description:
As a Senior WordPress Developer at Stone Digital, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, custom WordPress solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Develop custom WordPress themes from design mockups in Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Create and modify plugins while adhering to WordPress best practices.
- Integrate various third-party APIs into WordPress sites.
- Engage directly with clients to manage relationships and ensure project alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate with our team to drive innovation in web development processes and technologies.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in custom WordPress development.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
- Strong skills in developing custom AJAX functions and page templates.
- Experience with BEUpgrade to see actual infothodology for CSS.
- Familiarity with Sydney working hours (at least 5 overlap hours with 9am-5pm AEDT).
- Strong communication skills for direct client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Problem-solving prowess and a keen eye for detail.

Highly Regarded:
- Experience with Git and GitHub for version control.
- Proficiency in SASS, SCSS, and other CSS preprocessors.
- Knowledge of advanced SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Liquid templating, and Gulp.js.
- Ability to manage PHP packages via Composer in WordPress contexts.
- Skills in vanilla JS and an understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and goal tracking.
