Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Senior WordPress Developer with expertise in custom coding to join our team. The ideal candidate must deeply understand PHP, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and API integration. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our existing WordPress sites, which includes editing legacy code, optimizing for speed, and implementing security measures. Knowledge of Yoast SEO and various CDN and server technologies is a must.

Responsibilities:
1) Edit Existing Code: Review, modify, and update existing WordPress sites coded without themes.
2) Custom Coding: Develop custom WordPress plugins and features using PHP.
3) Front-End Styling: Style website elements using CSS to ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
4) Database Management: Perform SQL queries and maintain MySQL databases.
5) API Integration: Integrate third-party services using RESTful APIs.

7) SEO Optimization: Utilize the Yoast SEO plugin to optimize website rankings and metadata.
8) Security: Implement and manage security plugins to protect against threats.

10) Documentation: Keep records of code changes and updates.

Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
1) 5+ years of WordPress development experience
2) Proficiency in PHP, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript
3) Experience with API integrations
4) Knowledge of Yoast SEO
5) Familiarity with website security best practices

Preferred:
1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
2) Experience with server management
3) Familiarity with CDN services
