Job Details

As the Senior Webflow Developer, you will work closely with the CEO to lead the build and delivery of client projects from start to finish. You will take Figma designs, creative briefs, and strategic direction and turn them into premium, high-performing websites in Webflow.

This is not a support role. You will own the development side of every project, manage your own workload across multiple active builds, and be trusted to deliver without constant oversight. Over time, you will take on direct client communication and become a key part of how uBloom operates and grows.

Responsibilities

Client project delivery

- Take completed Figma designs and build them in Webflow to a premium, pixel-accurate standard
- Develop custom interactions and animations using GSAP and native Webflow to a high level of polish
- Write clean JavaScript to extend functionality beyond native Webflow where required
- Work from partial briefs or design direction and apply enough design judgement to execute independently
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously inside Notion without losing detail or missing deadlines
- Handle DNS configuration, domain setup, and full site launches independently

Existing project management

- Audit and clean up Webflow projects inherited from previous developers
- Restructure class names, organise styles, and implement cleaner development systems into existing builds
- Fix bugs, resolve layout and interaction issues, and improve overall project quality
- Implement website changes, new features, and additional functionality onto live client websites
- Navigate complex Webflow projects calmly and methodically without breaking what already works

Internal systems and frameworks

- Help build and refine uBloom's internal Webflow frameworks and component systems
- Contribute to the development of repeatable build processes that improve speed and consistency across projects
- Assist in building and improving internal task management systems inside Notion
- Document processes clearly so systems can be followed, improved, and handed over where needed

Standards and organisation

- Maintain clean, organised class naming conventions across every project without being asked
- Structure Webflow projects for long-term maintainability from the very first build session
- Communicate progress proactively, flag blockers early, and keep work moving without being chased
- Follow and actively contribute to uBloom's internal SOPs and build processes

Requirements for consideration

- 4+ years Webflow experience with a strong portfolio of premium, design-forward builds
- Advanced GSAP skills used regularly and confidently across real client projects
- Include an animal that best represents you in the subject line (required)
- Solid JavaScript ability for custom interactions, logic, and extended functionality
- Strong Figma-to-Webflow workflow with the design understanding to fill gaps independently
- Demonstrated ability to audit, clean up, and improve Webflow projects built by others
- A disciplined, consistent approach to class naming and project organisation
- Experience managing DNS settings and handling full site launches without support
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality
Systems minded. You think about how to do things in a repeatable, scalable way, not just how to get the current task done
- Clear, professional written communication in English
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during agreed working hours
- Familiarity with Notion for project and task management
- Finsweet attributes experience is optional but a good advantage

$2,500-3,000 USD per month
